SHOCK and AWE Productions provided up lighting for a corporate Christmas party in the Sandy Springs area for Reeves and Young in December 2022.

We were approached by a prominent company in Atlanta to up light their Christmas party for December 2022, that has expectancy of 500 attendees. We met with the client, saw the room layout, and decided on the appropriate size package to fit the needs. 32 up lights were needed to run the perimeter of the banquet room, and being the theme was “White Christmas”, we set the LED RGB lighting fixtures on static white and static blue for ambience.

The morning of the event we showed up ready to load in with all fixtures, and cables. All lights were placed around the room until owner Keith Minor was satisfied with the look. The coordinator in charge approved, and all that was left was ensuring the correct intensity for each color was just the perfect shade.

Once the guests came they filled the room, drinks were flowing, band was jamming, and the atmosphere was on point. Our client was happy with the presentation, and after the event, our strike and load out took less than an hour.
