OUTDOOR STAGING RENTALS:
Having options for an outdoor performance is key, and we have many to choose from when it comes to outdoor stage rentals. In example below, we have an outdoor deck stage, which can be configured using our 4×4 square, heavy duty stage panels. We added cranks on the sides to display event banners or sponsor advertising, and ground stacked the audio PA outside, to widen the area from the stage side. This was a crowd of 10,000 in total, and about 5,000 out front.
Here’s another example of a deck stage with no cover, used for a graduation ceremony on a football field. This is a 28×24 stage with ADA compliant ramps on either side, with 1 foot tall stage legs, and a black skirt.
Here we have a photo of our very simple to set up, all aluminum mobile stage. Completely folded out it makes a 30×24 stage, and comes with steps, black skirt, and handrails for safety. Perfect for bands, political events, graduations, and any easy to access area where an outdoor event is being held. This can be set up and broke down in about 30 minutes.
Here is the same stage, but with the back side raised up, and used for a backdrop. THis will create a 17×30 stage, perfect for smaller bands or just speakers, a seated panel for discussions, wind block, sun block, and many other uses.
Create a VIP area or small stage, with our 4×4 stage decks. Throw a tent over the top for protection, or leave open for maximum freedom or to enjoy the full ambience. They can be configured as small as 8×8, and as large as you need, to fit your specifications.

For indoor solutions to staging concepts, we own over 1800 sf of 4×4 heavy duty stage decks, to configure any design you need.
Simple band stage rentals fit within most budgets, and very practical when it comes to intimate settings. You want your band the center of attention, and you need them seen even in the back. Its so very important to offer them a stage to perform on, no matter how small the event may be.
Large indoor stage rentals can require special plans, so you can maximize your seating options. Everyone wants that “front row” experience, and we have the staging ideas to accommodate most floor plans. Take a look at this example, where we added a thrust out front. Tables and chairs can be positioned around it, for a vip experience
Corporate staging requires a lot of planning and broader budget, as they tend not to be on the simpler side of setting up and design. Dimensions of the room and expected guest attendance are the 2 main factors in determining stage size, height, lighting, and type of AV equipment used. We can provide full service rentals for any of our stage packages.
A fashion show runway needs to take on the logistics of the room, as well as fit the theme of the event. 4×4 staging can be used to create a landing, or start of the walk, and make turns needed until their final destination is reached. A “T” can be created for the end, so models can pose and turn, then do their walk back to the start.
Stages are so very important for your event, and finding the right fit is crucial. Factors such as looks, height, safety, finish, color, stability, load ratings, location, application, and set up, are so important to consider. You will also need to consider if lighting will be needed, and from what angle. Does it need to be flown from the ceiling? Can it be supported on the stage? Will there be enough room for sound PA? Is the band going to be comfortable on this size or should we go bigger? Should we have a backdrop for the stage? All these questions should be asked, and renting from the right people, who are knowledgeable, experienced, and have all this equipment, is essential as well.
